CROSS COUNTRY CHAMPS
 

Penn State Behrend is the AMCC coaches' choice to successfully defend their conference title in women's cross country, followed by Frostburg State University and Penn State Altoona.

Preseason Runner of the Year honors were awarded to Frostburg State junior Bonnie Axman (James Robinson HS/Burke, VA), who finished third at last year's conference championship meet and the highest finishing returner this season.

The 2005 AMCC championship meet will be hosted by Pitt-Greensburg at the Westmoreland County Fairgrounds on Saturday, October 29.
